Kinhatch
Communication & coordination
Understand your priorities, organize questions and proposals, coordinate sample feedback, and clarify what needs to be agreed before the next step.
Who you will work with
Your character, followed through in Yangzhou.
Kinhatch helps original-character creators turn artwork into a clearly scoped plush sample and an informed production decision.
Local coordination, a clear point of contact
Creative priorities need someone to carry them into production.
We are based in Yangzhou, China, an established plush-making region. We work with local production partners to assess construction, sampling and production for each character.
Kinhatch is your point of contact for project communication and development coordination. We organize the brief, discuss practical questions with the relevant partner, and help turn feedback into specific next steps.
You do not need to arrive with factory terminology. Bring the artwork and tell us which expression, shape or detail makes the character yours.
Production partners
Technical development & making
Assess the relevant pattern, materials and construction, then carry out the sampling or production work within the agreed project scope.
You, the creator
Creative input & approval
Explain the features that matter, review the proposed direction and sample feedback, and decide whether to proceed with a separate production agreement.
Know what comes next
Start with a review. Agree before paid work.
The initial artwork review is free. We send the first human reply within 1 business day; detailed estimates may need further questions.
A physical development sample is paid work. Size, materials, features, fee, revision boundary and estimated timing are set out before you decide to proceed. A sample does not automatically become a production order.
We currently provide project inquiries and manually prepared quotations, not an online marketplace, fan crowdfunding platform or automatic fan fulfillment service.
